Post Night ..Icu Shift and although it was a tough night between the hypotensive desating hypoxic hypoventulating auto-peeper guy and the retroperetonieal heamatoma guy whos the nurses trying to achive world peace before pushing him to angio for embolisation ... ( non-medical .. ignor the last three lines simply a bad night in hell i mean Intensive Care Unit )

Was Singing .. Humming almost Dancing .. when i did a a procedure that went smoothly ( for the first time after many trials ) a subclevian line made me feel happy ... nothing close to what my #luv does to me ... but it fixed the mood

I though . Why ?!
why would a small Achievement would fix my mood ?!
and though it has been like that since ever even as a kid first steps , games , education , marks , relations , profession , skills etc ...
even as an elderly when walking steps come back to be our small achievements that keep us happy.

improving and striving for more to achieve continuously ?! is it wise ?! don't think so ... still its irresistible

after all as i always say

Its been a while since i wrote here ....
to the extent i barely remembered that i have a blog
on the spot it made me think ... what did change ?! almost 8 months ...
I know my ambitions changed ... hopefully to the better and bigger
I know my Worries Changed ... i think they increased a little bit
Still i am crying the Wings to fly ... although they seem heavier by the day ...
I know i gained some skills ... Hopefully didn't lose others ...
Not sure if i made friends .... who is sure ?!!

Why all this ?!
Simple .. my exam in a month ... so all the hobbies shows up itself once again ...

:) its been a while since i wrote in this blog .. although its always on my mind .. when ever a picture situation phrase or reaction Triggers my Thoughts ... i say ah that would be a nice post

What i can Recall was a thing i Called Just being there
Its Amazing of How much information you can get by simply Just Being There .. with an open mind and simple Attention .( or Lack of Attention actually which might make you notice new Inspirations e.g Blink )

So is it knowledge or Inspiration that a person needs to be successful ?

a Nice Example Is sir Isaac newton How many apples fell down . But only few men Asked why?
Its not knowledge that drove his success , no body described gravity ( apart of Da vinci hidden in his manuscripts ) Before him and he Described it by simply being there , it makes you wounder ,a lot of people where there when apples fell ? Why didn't they describe gravity ?
A stupid simple answer would be Distraction, Lack of interest , lack of appreciation ( yeah i believe some would say so what if i described gravity, i know some ) . This happens almost daily with you & me , newton actually did us a favor , he made gravity easier to notice by telling you its there ,after all the eyes sees what the brain knows but both the eye and the brain needs you to be there

i noticed this thing at first by Drawing
Laws of Prescriptive and Dimensions its Always there

Then by a movie :
How the slum-dog became a millionaire , how did he do it ?
A: He Cheated
B : He's Lucky
C: He's a Genius
D: It's Written there

The Answers Were written in life and he noticed them , cause he was there ...

You can appreciate This in the medical field by how much a person is updated about his patient some times simply being in the ward shows you wondrous information

Actually i believe being there might be the spark and ignition to Experience or Blink (I know i love that book )
Not just physics and knowledge or medicine , but even your beloved ones , if you are not there how can you noticed their love

It's been a long time since i wrote something here

So i though lets Cut The MEDICAL talk for a change

Since Some Time .. i Was Thinking about .. open Source programs .. or actually community powered projects ...

It started by my Trial to know Linux ( When i was so Sick of Vista .. ) if you don't know what is open source ... WIKI

So With open Source it is noticed that creativety is Increased .. The programs come with Greater Newer Ideas ... That made me wounder and think ... Why ?!

( i found a program for gene typing by the way )

So the concept is simple .... A lot of people WORLDWIDE insted of one company is working on the better and the best of this program ...

Also i noticed Some Websites Working with the Same idea .. using the power in the people .. Simply your Dear FACEBOOK , and Wikipedia .. are simple well known Examples ...

And the huge GOOGLE LABS ...

Also Disterbuted computing ( like folding@home WIKI on the ps3 ) which uses worldwide unused CPU poweres to asses researches ... Uses simply the same idea ... The biggest CPU is ... At the WORLD ..

Google now is adopting open sourcing .. on alot of it's projects ( if not all of them ) .. and Guess what .. i do Trust GOOGLE ...

Torrent portocol WIKI .. IS one another huge Example .. where actually having a lot of people downloading a thing .. Comes back by Increasing it's speed ( usually with the direct download it is the reverse the more people the more Workload on the Server traffic the slower the download is )

It is Interesting how a simple idea of sharing thoughts , ideas and Knowladge .. Would make the World a better Place after all IT gave us Linux , Wikipedia , facebook , youtube , torrent , FireFox , FireFox add ons , Blogger :D ..... etc

First Friday on-call.

Wow I made a new record people
I knew my luck with patient is strange it is a little too much on the
rare side ..
For examples ...

-KwAshiorkor baby in Saudi Arabia ..( they told me you will see it only in africa )
-First two patient in primary care were measles and chicken box aged 31
and 27 . .
-Breast CA in a 42 years old MALE .
-Second on call a blood pressure of 189 over 142 yeah in a ten years
old end stage renal failure

But nothing even cone close to today's case really nothing even touches it
I am officially announcing it as my record a case of 1 per 1,000,000 births
Ahem 100- 200 cases worldwide ( hell I am good ) proteus syndrome .

Interestingly I wrote this while waiting for my senior to come for the
two elective admission .
Ahem the admissions were twin both having criglar nijar syndrome ....
Damn I am good . Their blood grouping is O+ thanks god it was not any
thing more rare It would be too much for me

I am thinking of starting a business out of it . For the residents I
am taking an on-call with you for about 200 - 500 SR according to the
rarety of the cases .

Internship ...

Hey as most of you know i started my internship on the first of august 09 in Riyadh Military Hospital ( RMH )

Startig Pediatrics ...

and i call myself the soloest .. cause i am the only one i know there in pediatrics :D

whatever in internship you face ... PEOPLE yeah that strange species ... so

new people = new experiance = new thoughts & ideas .. = new stuff for this blog

so i am thinking of starting a series of posts about internship ...

ACT I :

RMH - PEDIATRICS - FIRST ONCALL 12:01 AM

I was lucky i was oncall with a resedent :) told him it is my first on-call so he said really ?! i am going to spoil You faisal i am going to take the calls :D so i was a spectator most of the time .. So we were called on a patient With para-influnza virus .. i thought it was a waste to wear the infectouse control and get in if i am not adding anything

so my dear senior went inside ...

i waited by the door ... trying to listen if there is any history or something ...

a minute passed ... and then complains started

Doctor if we want to file a complain about the medical care here is this hospital where can we go ?

I am a Believer that you as a doctor should listen to your patient fully listening to all his/her complains ...i think it is part of the job ..

1 , 3 , 5 , 6 minutes ... and i am listening non-sense talk .. specially at 12 at night with an on-call Doctor ...

" it feels as if we are not in our country " " i was in hafer al bateen ( rural city ) and the hospital there was better " <<>

then i did a weird thing ... i just went to the phone ... picked it up .. and paged my senior ... trying to give him a window to exit that damn room ( after all there was an addmission in the ER so we had our Hands full )

when my seniour came out he said " i don't want to get into that room again :| " throught the chat .. he said she was Trying to Show that she is Educated and read everything about her girls syndrome ( Down syndrome )

The night goes on ... and we went back to the damn room ... this time i dressed up and entered as the doctor asked me if i want to try and draw blood . hmmm when i dressed and entered he started draing it :| and i was standing there infront of the patient .. my only explination was that when he saw the mother he remmbered the headach so i was just calming the baby down .. and then i noticed a lot of scars on her chest and abdomen .. small circular scars at first i said aaah most likely varicella scars ( chicken pox) ... but hey .. they are so damn lined up in columns .. :| :| :| I asked the doctor ... he said cuttary.. ( Traditional treatment ) :| i counted over 15 .. in a 3 years old Down syndrome girl ... he said .. and she was trying to show that she is educated .....

NO COMMENT ..

ACT II

I am calling this Act as Redefining medicine

Same night , Same on-call but earlier 10 PM ..

VIP section .. patient want to go out on pass .. come and sign already discussed with the consultant

:| ... :| ...

a 9 year old kiddo .. also Influnza Virus ( not H1N1 By the way ) ..

we got into the room , looked at his druh chart ..

confirmed viral

and he was almost on three ( can't remmber exactly) antibiotics ... :| ...

i just Thought aaaah this redefines medicine ....

Act III

TODAY 8-8-09 in The ward Pt is discharged and was given an apointment after two weeks ( closest possiable )

my Senior went out got caught with the dad ... why is it after two weeks ?! the doctor said it is gonna be after one week ...

oh my god .. i asked the nurs this is the closest possable doctor ..

i told him okik sir i will call my senior to confirm if it would matter a week of two or not ?!

called >> didn't answer

i told him okik you can go and if anything happened you can come to the ER at anytime

he said no , our medication would have finish by then , and ER is a mess you can't get care through there ( although their addmission was through this ER ... )

he said i want it after a week ...

i told him Sir i am new here and i don't know the system yet the thing i can do for you is that i will talk to my senior and answer you ...

Called >> no answer

he is not answering ....

he said OK Give me his number ... ( loved myself here ) i just Said .. NO i actually loved that i said it without thinking ... aaah i just love my intuition ..

he wraped the thing politly ( Strange .. i was getting angrier by the second ) i told him okik ER if she needs anything .. he went back to the same dilemma ..

i just said .. sir thats what we can give .. and this is what this hospital can offer what i can do now to be in your service is .. i will talk to my senior tommrrow morning and i will call you if we could find a sooner apointment ...

Yeah being a patient is well respected but sometimes you must Say .. NO .. just plain simple and Straight forward ..

ACT IV

today same ward earlier ..

doctor is that a picture to be seen in a hospital .. ( a toilet with some of the pain worn off ) actually when i saw it in the mobile .. i was woundring what wrong in it ? ...

i asked ... was there water in that bathroom ?!

he was amazed and said why ?!

i told him no really was there any ?! he said Yes

i answered .. okik good you must see RCH ... then

come on Quality improving is a great concept .. when it is about something matters ...Don't give me a headach on some paint :|

I was told , " in the college of medicine you would learn a lot more than just medicine , you would learn a lot more about life " ... naively i said ... really ?!

each day from since then .. i keep thinking of how wise these words were ... although it partially contradict my believes " you can learn about life in every and any time or place or condition ... simply you have to live "

Through this college i noticed a thing ...
The more the humble is the guy ..... the more he is knowledgeable ... & vise versa

The best i knew in biology , bio-chem , hematology , microbiology , anatomy , internal medicine , surgery ... is always smiling and handshaking with the highest respect to his students , patient , co-workers or even the cleaner . & vies Verse ... Arrogant ghosts of doctors

it is simple
the more they know , the more then learn , the more the are certain that they have a lot ahead of them to learn about the more the know how they are unknowlegable and there is a lot further to go through
with each idea , though and knowledge you have the responsibility to improve it and to give it to others ... it is a Legacy .

what bought this to my blog ?
simply
it is a dedication to the patient i 've been seeing for a while . with the tumour ( which thanks god have a curative surgery ) ,, a tough one but there is the hope of a cure ( cure : is the complete absence of a disease in the patient .. so it is the dream of every doctor / doctor-wanna be / or even a health worker )

after wandering for 3 years , a humble knowledgeable young doctor diagnosed and started managing her preparing her for the surgery ( preparation takes almost a month )

then comes the nightmare , the headache , the arrogant doctor , who stops a medication for one single night .... to do a complementary test .

hemorrhagic stroke ... Wiki it if you don't know it ...
Thanks god it is most likely a reversible damage with no long lasting symptoms ( hopefully) .
a 24 years old female ... stroked .

it is one of the few times i said ... oh god why didn't i choose to apply to the college of engineering , and i did mean it .

BE HUMBLE AND LEARN and always ask god to open your eyes to the most important things .. we are humans , we do mistakes but please as a professional do your best to minimize them .

i know it's been a while ...
actually it's been months ...
my well was kinda dry and it's been a busy time

in this time i was lucky to witness a concept i always believed in ... ( but never saw it this close :D )
it was simply witnessing the process of continuous learning

the story starts simply by a congress of beating heart in KKUH ( the hospital i am training in as a King Saud Univeristy medical student ) a friend of mine signed in ...
i said aaaah -_- beating heart surgery
i am not intreseted into cardio-thoracic surgery ( i actually hate it ) although i do miss the OR and seeing a surgery

so i made the decision by my usual stupid naive aproach ( if i woke up in the morning in a good mood i am signing in .. tommrow )
it was a good mood . . .

what interested me the most wasn't the Beating heart Surgery nor the robotic cardiac surgery ... what did interest me .... was the Audience ... i was actually setting in the row next to a teacher of mine ( in cardiology ) ... both of us listening to the same lecture ... and acquiring new information .. a guy double ( if not triple ) my age with a great difference in experience , and both setting in the same lecture ...

behind me was a Cardiac ward nurse ( a guy that i noticed his great work in the ward daily for the last month ) actually he knew the system and some of the tests better than some doctors ..

then there was our Teacher in psycatry .. .... .... .. ( i know there is psychatric complecation for the heart surgery specially on pump ) but was it actually his main reason to come in ?! can't tell

every one was setting so eager wanting to learn more ....
i said ah .. this is the bueaty of medicine .. it teaches your curiosity
it starts with a simple interest
progresses to a method of learning ... ( active or passive )
what makes a difference is ... :) to some people ( who usually do really well ) it turns into curiosity this curiosity drives their thinking , research , achivments and reactions

it was a simple experiance , but i wanted to share it with you
how interest can collect a lot of people into one room ...
how interest starts learning and curiosity which turns to give outcomes and achivments
a simple logical well known facts , lucky me i saw it by my Eyes :)

whatever you do on the most complex computers the process actually have the same steps
input , analysis , output
then accessory additions are there .. like
saving , retrieval

yup .. any pc application is simply doing this ...
it takes orders from you , analyse it and giving you an output
it work for a simple calculator and for a super mainframe computer

another example is

Fighting

yup .. break it down my dears
stimulus , Action , Reaction , amplification

a kid teasing another the first kicks in the second reacts ...
this also applies to the immune system of your body ( one of the greatest organized systems )
it is simply stimulated by a microbe +/- action , and then it reacts ...

War / competitions

war is fighting with a lot of additions ...
attack , defence , tactics ...

production

need , raw material , power , assembly , transportation

so many examples , yet every one of them is a speciality thought in colleges for years , even in life

The Real Great Thing

is that these things sometimes overlap
what you know in production actually applies in medicine, mechanics

a simple example for this overlap is "beautiful mind" the movie ...
John Nash earned his Nobel prize as a reward for a theory ... that he found while he was in a bar with friends and trying to hook up with some girls ...
this noble prize was in economics

yup it was just simple he took the theory accepted at that time and simply broke it down and found a better simple answer

Strangely a lot of people don't reach this simple understanding ...

i do believe the easiest way ..
is the

"whole approach"
when you see a picture simply see it from far away and come closer and closer and closer ( but never forget how it looked from the distance )

another way is the
fast camera
if you ever saw this on youtube .. a gunshot pictures with a really fast camera .. you can see all rules of physics there
so simply imagine that you have this real fast camera and break things up ...into pictures

Some people might call this simplicity underestimation ..
i would call it logic and a way to know something about everything
at least this simplicity will build a core for further knowledge and thinking

Rebound ...

hi all
its been a while since i wrote anything , it is nice to feel the way i am feeling now compared to my last weekend ( yeah the worst gastroenteritis ever )

so what about Rebound ?!

a thing i noticed a lot in a lot of people , family , friends even strangers
( after spending some time ) ... when the time passes after seeing a lot of them , you just say ,
this is a typical rebound case .

it starts by
a person being below normal below equilibrium level, Zero level as i call it
( sounds crazy isn't it :D ) lets take an example .

lets say a doctor with high morals highest knowledge all what he does is simply working ... he missed a lot of family occasions putting his medical prerequisites at the top of his list ..
this person although he might be the best in his job is below normal .. his job is abusing him .. :)
so what does all that have to do with " Rebound" ... ?!

it all starts when a friend of this doctor says hey you are not living , hospitals aren't your house my dear friend :) ( trying to help )
then this Doctor starts to climb up from below equilibrium ( below Zero as i call it ) and at a certain point of time he is on the Zero spot he is doing his job efficiently , attending his family occasions , even having some time for being alone with himself ( i believe this is the luxury of time management ) ... good enough ?!

yeah what happens that it never stops there
he always climbs up more reaching to +1 +2 +3 +4 and then rebound phenomena as i call it shows itself up
his job was the top on his list
now people are dying because his job is on the bottom of his list

a lot of people says yeah that's only about the job ,
nope nope nope
believe me when you look around you find it almost everywhere
one of the most common subject is "human relationships"
marriage telling the wife she is being abused or underestimated she should change this ... 6months - 1 year when you look again . now she is the abusive side
in self perception
a lot of people understates themselves
once you tell them " my dear friend you are good enough " or
after getting a prize for a work he did his best for he turns to be grandiose

also this is applied to subjects in your exam
the subject you studied the whole year , you think you know everything about it .. then the rebound comes in and you neglect it and you score the worse in it

so what to do ?!
to me
Stop & Reassess
that's the best way in my point of view you must always stop and Reassess

also when you give some one an advice
don't tell him you are working to much
( cause after reaching the Zero level he will remember it latterly .. specially that his live improved after it )
but it is better to tell him you should balance more between your work and life , you should reassess and re evaluate yourself and capacities from time to time

to some people the Zero point isn't enough in a certain subject in life :)
it what makes us unique .. but i hope it is around +1 or -1
not more than that

Also i noticed that people who undergo Rebound
usually are tough to bring back to the Zero Level

a Friend of mine , once came to me and told me ... i am not planing anything to my life any more
planning to your life " puts you under distress"
so ... i answered ....

one of the drawing basics that when you start drawing a head of a person you don't draw everything you just use soft shallow lines , easy to erase without leaving any trace on the paper , some use the outer margins of the objects of the scene , others use the shape of the object , a sphere for the head , others use cubes for the whole thing like this picture

these lines purpose is to assign spaces , sizes , orientation , viewing angles ... etc
their fate .. is simply either to be erased or drawn over it

it may sound simple but i tried to draw the same picture with & without them . It does make a different

then after optimizing your basic lines you start to draw you final lines

so do i do with my plans ...
i usually don't plan in details except for the up coming two weeks ...
further than that it is all basic lines with different optimizations

i hope this friend got my idea and now planing for a better life and being a better person without being in stress

It's the Small things ...

It is the small things , which gives you the most of information ... or so i do believe , just like watching a picture , small things which usually matters the most and tells you a lot about the beauty of this picture . Even in physics , if you want to solve an equation just break it down to its small logical sequence of events , picture it and act accordingly

this is true also about people :) , i think small things that people do unconsciously are the things that tell you the most about them , that smirk , joke , look , laugh , explanations ...etc are the things that tell you about who they are & how they feel

we all know that small things pile up and generate a greater force , small drops of rain can flood cities , So it is the same with people . Small things pile up and generate a greater feeling , some times strong enough to change how you admire this person .

So a lot of small positive things , might have a greater impact that a LARGE positive act , the same goes unfortunately on the negative side , that why love changes with time , friendship breaks & family starts to think different about each other .

It is wise of you to use this for your advantage :) simply rain your beloved once a while with small drops that reminds them of your true feeling . Or collect the small drops that others send to you , and make a new image of who they are , and their feelings

a point I must consider :) don't look too close , after all a Van Gog too close will look just like dots , and you will miss this beauty, you must find the right distance to enjoy it the most :)

ثالث يوم و ليله

P.S FYI : CTS is mainly done by plastic surgeons ..
عوده إلى الفندق بعد المشوار و هنا تفلت عليهم الضرغام فارس , هع بس قلبنا الباص اناشيد وطنيه لا اكثر
نمازي : احد اهم اكتشافات الرحله هذا الإنسان مع الايبود حقه و الميكسر الخاص به + عشاء = احلى اغاني من مختلف الاذواق
قهوتهم التركيه مو مره جيده + دلقوميز عزفه على العود صح عليه
متابعه كره القدم من جد تضيع عليك سهره رايقه جدا , مع انه كل اللي فيها راجل و جالس يلف حول نفسه
نسيت اقول لكم عن شوماخر هذا تحديدا انسان سمعت عنه و لم اقابله لكن اي سواق تاكسي يوصلك لاي مكان خلال 6 دقائق فهو يستحق الذكر
P.S ما نستفيده من هذه الليله , لو صوتك معفن لا تخرب دق عود حلو من دلقوميز

رابع يوم و ليله

محاضرات الصبح

بعدها ساعه و نص مشوار إلى مركز تجاري علشان نجلس فيه ساعه و نص و نرجع بنفس المشوار بابو 40 دقيقه
بعدها حفل الختام
و هنا تبين لنا ابداع نمازي اكثر حيث افتقدناه
ولا ننسى قصيده طارق و إلقاؤه
بالمناسبه من روعه إلقاؤه , شاهدت اعاجم منصتون و متأملون
الحق يا واد يا طأطأ ... ابدعت

خامس يوم و ليله
انقسامنا إلى احزاب ما بين المركز التجاري و الجلوس في الفندق للدراسه و خان الخليلي
انا من اهل المركز التجاري
ولا بد من ذكر اللوحه التي احترنا امامها
" جراح العظام و الشلل وا لروماتيزم " اي و الله كده مكتوبه

yes man , دخلناه بعد اول ربع ساعه
و في اللليل
grand cafe ,
و قهوه التركيه ماشي حالها لكن امممم بهيل , بس ام علي كان وضعها جيد جدا
و نوم بدري

اليوم التالي = شنطتك و على المطار
سياره السواق فيها ابو 4 صلبان
و 3 كتب دينيه مسيحيه
:| الحق اول مره اشوف متيدن مسيحي بس جوه مضروب

P.S اي زميل كان معانا في الرحله له حق الإضافه بس يرسل لي ايميل و راح اضيف كلامه عند اول فرصه

شباب الحقيقه اول مره اسافر معاكم , و انا الان كلي فخر اني سافرت معاكم
اجمل ما فعلناه اننا تمتعنا و استمتعنا دون فعل حرام او عيب

و كثير منكم كان يقول " استروا ما واجهتم " كنوع من الرسميه و اللباقه

فارس : كان يوم متعب من الظهر إلى الساعه 10 الليل كان مخي يصارخ من الزحمه و بطني يصارع من الجوع و فاضي تماما زادت حده العصبيه إلى وقت العشاء , تتصادم عندي افكار كثيره عن طبيعه الشعب المصري ( اول زياده لي في مصر ) و مستغرب جدا جدا من الوضع اللي اشوفه , بس ما كنت اتخيل ابدا ابدا ابدا انه الوضع كده صراحه و الفندق زباله

Think about Two men ... InsideMan & an Outsideman
insideman = the one who knows what he is doing , the professional
Outsideman = the Layman , the one who isn't doing it
it can be in any work , job or even hobby

usually i thought that the OutSide man thinks lowly and easily of what an inside man is doing ....
( yeah we face it a lot , in everything doctors think they know management , laymen thinks they know doctors medication ,... and usually the professionals are the ones who are silent people sitting in the corner )
No Comment but it is true noticed it more than once :D
simply this can be demonstrated by Diabetes typical story around here
DM > Gangrene > needing amputation > family disapprove > Traditional Healers > Sepsis > coming late > Sepsis +/- multi organ failure > higher level of amputation V.S Death ( Yeah sad i know )

thats simply a scenario i though always happens when an OUTside man thinks Lowly of the INside man

Never thought ( till now ) that sometimes it is the revrse
the OUTside man thinks hightly of the Insideman ( yeah messed you up i know :P )
simpl Example is my Clercking ... for the last week i thought like aaaaaaaah i have to move mountains ( i was an Outsideman thinking hightly of an INsideman) .... till i started doing it , actually turned out that i have been doing it in my mind , for the last week all the differance is just writing it down ....

mmm So ?! if you are and outsideman , you either know , don't know , think that you know OR think that you don't know
mmm i am writing this withoutsleeping , i hope it sounds right and conveying my message

so the best way for and outsideman to get inside , Is simply Learning , .... some times by massive submersion ( Just DIG IN IT ) or by step-by-step ( i hate this method , although it gets things done )

Also that means , Don't Think of an Insideman neither lowly nor hightly because this either will lead to massive casualities , or it might lose you a chance of learning
something new ..... just simply try to learn about it , in the right way

Working V.S Singing

What i demand the most in working ... is not Hard Working
i think to enjoy the work .. is what is the most important to do
what i usually call ... singing

Sounds stupid ? how can singing in your work be better than HARD WORKING ??!
i noticed this on pool tables , the shots that i do while i am ... in the mood , singing ... Are usually my best cause i enjoyed it .... ( and it felt SO GOOD )
Actually my opponent usually sits when he listens me singing ... he knows it will be some time before he is back on the game ;) ( Ahem the famous rami :P )

so why singing ?! actually it is just a metaphor for Enjoying and improving your mood
when you are in good mood , healthy and happy ... you sing , hum , whistle or some times finger snapping .
The rhythm then starts and you end up being happy working ... which leads to more working and this by itself is hard working and above this you will be more creative and with less fatigue , Simply because you are enjoying it

Even the topic i study , while i am in better mood Sticks to my memory a lot faster and lasts longer

so i usually tell people for their choices of carrier ( yeah although i am a student a lot asked me :|) or Studying , Did you sing ?! and i think i look like a complete non caring idiot

It reminds me of a movie " Driven" by sylvester stallone he used to hum while he is driving the F1 cars :)

but my singing isn't just heared , you can see it in their eyes , movement , even thoughts :)

aaaaaaaaah this week i have a lot of work ... so i need to start singing .....

mmm this rises another question ... how to sing ? ( not the shower thing :P )
i think it is simple minor things that improves your mood ... to me a cup of coffee can always make the world a better place, family laughter , hanging with friends and the most important is appreciating what you are doing and the greater good of your work

mmm some times it works the reverse .. you need a full depressed amount of time ( lets say a day ) it's like Hey i am finishing all my depression of this month in this day .... and i am not allowed to get depressed for the next 4 weeks ... believe me it can work some time :| ( i use it before exams a lot ... highly effective :| )

mmm and also i like this way , do the small stuff that you can finish easily and it will make you feel better about yourself ( yeah me writing this post is one of them ... so you are inspiring me ;) ) , it works both way ... removing stuff of your to do list , also it makes you feel better aaah i can still finish things easily tada

if all this didn't work there is the one , and only method ... with almost 100 % efficacy
( but use it wisely and only when other methods fail )

is a Real Acting piece of art done by Angelina Jolie , yup she did a lot of great acting as a mother who is missing her child , mmmm the message of this movie to me is
Don't let your pride stop you from doing the right thing , Confice mistakes and correct them as soon as you can
Still Angelina's Acting is a good motivation to see this movie

Classic to Jason Statham characters The kick them all man .... who always wins
well i usually like his fighting style ...but he didn't fight that much. the movie was nothing but a blood bath ( i don't like these movies ) , simply it is like the writer/director has a crush on racing / missle lunching car games
Not Reccomended if you wanna enjoy a movie while you are not into blood baths

Body Of Lies

Yeah , your usual terrorist V.S anti terrorist movie which doesn't really interest me at all , i remember a friend said it is a good movie but very long one , so i though it must be 3 hours movie

actually nope , it is only 2 hours what makes it long movie is the slow boaring action, although there are some good actors Leonardo Dicaprio ( personally i hate him , but he did some acting there ) , Russell Crowe , ..... so do i reccomend the movie ?
if you are intrested in politics it is a must , if you are not ( such as me ) you can kill some time in a boaring weekend in it

waiting to get my eye Opener or actually my second eye Opener
( yeah i am caffeine addict nothing new)

and There comes a weird Order
i want an Exam's coffee, the strongest you have

Thanks God the guy knew that he knows nothing and just gave him Regular American Coffee
( I've seen people who give these noobs RED EYE, i am even afraid of this order )

People Coffee isn't about strength especially before your Exams

Actually if you are not used on it , it is a foolish act to drink caffeine before your exam
it's like pouring Gas On fire
You are Afraid , Anxious and with a lot of Adrenaline
Adding an extra stress you are not used on ... is just foolish

So . how to define ... Exam's Coffee
